  A co-worker brought in peaches from his tree so told him I would make all of us a pie. I found this by using "peaches" as an ingredient search and then filtering by "microwave" - just because I was curious as to what would pop us.
  This was good but I thought it had too much Jello filling. The Jello filling didn't have the consistency of Jello but was kinda like a thicker filling of that canned pie filling stuff. Needs more peaches! Good though and it was gone the same day. This is one of those desserts that needs the whipped cream called for.
  My co-workers are getting spoiled with two desserts in one week. :-)

  What an easy recipe! Peaches were on sale the other day and I passed them up. Wish I would have grabbed some though now, the kids and husband would LOVE this!
