How to make it

  • In a medium size microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Microwave on high power until smooth. stir with wire whisk. Stir in Jello. Cool completely.
  • Arrange peaches in baked crust. Pour cooled filling over the peaches.
  • Chill until set. At least 2 hours.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

    This was good but I thought there could have been more peaches as I had a lot of Jello mixture. I think four cups of peaches would be better. I could not find peach Jello so I used strawberry. I did serve this with whipped cream and I think it is better with it. Put it in IMI on 8/6/15.
