    Recipe by Crabhappychick: Fresh Tomato Summer Sauce
    Good tasting sauce. This is going in a chicken and sausage creole recipe in a couple of days after the flavors meld in the fridge.
    Looks kind of orange-ish instead of a normal red tomato sauce.
    Used first crop of tomatoes from the garden this year. And subbed a carrot for the sugar quantity.
    Used immersion blender stick to puree the sauce after the tomatoes started releasing their liquid. Didn't take long at all to make the sauce thick.
