Fried Green Potatoes Not Tomatoes

    this was great with dinner, and would be great for a lunch or brunch, and could even add ham and cheese to it, if you want...

    simple ingredients prepared well...just a really good recipe :)

    I have a 10, 12, and 15ish skillet, I have a "chicken fryer", I have 2 dutch ovens, I have a grill pan, and a griddle and corn bread pan... LOVE them all :)

    I do everything from bake cookies to fry in mine :)

    oh, and I'd recommend Lodge...they've been around a long time, and are the leaders in the cookware :)
