Recipe by Mellian.

Not your usual stew. It has a sharp overall taste. More of a Mediterranean flair. Take it easy on the salt. Good for cold days.

I subbed Genoa Salami for the Polish Kielbasa and Chile powder for the Adobo seasoning.

Going to have to make some bread for this dish.
