So I went to my bookmarks to find what brussel sprouts (or is it brusselS sprouts?, saw both spellings when looking), and I found 2 recipes with my pictures posted on them, but no review. Weird! Anyway, since I don't remember making either one, I decided to remake them both to add reviews, and I started with this one. We liked it, but found it a little too sweet. Since balsamic and honey are both sweet, either one needs to be reduced, or left out all together. I'm thinking the honey, but we do love the pairing of balsamic and brussels. I was going to take a better pic. to add, but I got dinner started late, and no natural light around, so figured the one posted would look just like the one I'd take tonight...so sorry no pic to add to this thread.

This is how I basically roast brussel sprouts minus the honey & Dijon..sometimes I add a few dried cranberries as well..but my favorite is just evoo, balsamic and a little S&P! Your "old" picture is very nice Michelle!

Thanks Marie! Oh, I'm glad you brought up the dijon, cause I forgot to add that I loved that touch. Not sure what kind I used the first time, but this time I used a very coarse grain dijon....and it wasn't over powering. My daughter hates mustard and didn't say a word, sooo... hehe!

That's nice to know about the mustard. Sometimes Dijon can be a bit too much. I love brussel sprouts! Sounds wonderful.
