Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

- 1 frozen packed brussel sprouts, thawed and halved through the core shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced shopping list
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Once thawed, slice brussel sprouts along the core.
- Preheat oven to 375. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and in a single layer spread brussel sprouts and garlic.
- Whisk balsamic, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and dijon mustard and pour over brussel sprouts and garlic.Ensure everything is covered in the dressing and roast for 25-30 minutes until all brussel sprouts have turned brown on the edges. Turn every 10 - 15 minutes to make sure none of them burn.

I too LOVE brussel sprouts and make them often. Why have I never thought of using balsamic vinegar with them?? Thanks so much for the great idea. I have some fresh in my fridge right now - I'm all over this recipe, making them tonight! :)
