Brussel sprouts and balsamic are a perfect match! Thinking I could do without the honey (or reduce it), but overall we really enjoyed it! Added a post into the IMI --------> Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I too LOVE brussel sprouts and make them often. Why have I never thought of using balsamic vinegar with them?? Thanks so much for the great idea. I have some fresh in my fridge right now - I'm all over this recipe, making them tonight! :)
