    Garlic Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters
    These have a lot of flavor. I used Chipotle Chili powder and skipped the cumin. I lined the pan with foil so I wouldn't have to wash it. :) A bit more on the recipe.

    Yes, the spicy does overpower the garlic a bit. But, its still very tasty. If you wanted a more garlicky taste you could cut down on the other stuff and it would really help.
    Using a lot of foil in pans and paper plates lately. Have to choose between conserving water and filling up the landfill. Water is winning right now.
