    I applaud the attempt at trying to make roasted potatoes more healthy.
    I like the step the lemon juice imparts.
    Even with a greased baking sheet the veggies stuck. I suggest parchment paper for the sticking and easier cleanup.
    I gave the veggies 50% more time and they were still not quite done enough. Another 15 minutes on top of that might have made them cooked through.
    I'm thinking oil plays a major role in baking the potatoes. They should have been done in 30 to 45 minutes.
    I can't give up my salt. These need it to bring out more flavor.

    I used that soup mix in a chicken recipe I used to make a long time ago but I haven't looked for it lately. Guess they still make it. :) I wonder if the powdery soup mix contributed to making them stick.
