    You know, really all these kinda shrimp scampi kinda recipes taste a lot alike. But - that's all good for me! I love this kind of dish. Used 31/40 shrimp. Only used 1/2 pound but I didn't half the sauce as I served this over angel hair pasta. Just the right amount of lemon flavor in this - not too much and not too little.

    I used about 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp and doubled the sauce. It was delicious! I added some chopped tomatoes because I needed to use them up and because tomatoes and shrimp just go so well together. Didn't have parsley but I had cilantro so that went on top. Served this over yellow squash noodles with a side of sauteed green beans. Super yummy!
