    Simple, quick and just lovely! I made this using thin boneless pork cutlets which are very lean so probably could have skipped the browning step. I'll try it again with a different cut of chops but everything else was just perfect. The onions are incredible! Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garden salad as suggested which were perfect accompaniments.
