  This recipe is posted by more than one member here but I just grabbed this one.
  A co-worker gave me some locally grown lamb. I usually just eat my lamb pretty plain as I love the taste but I wanted to try this when I saw it. If you don't like the taste of lamb, you probably would like this as the marinade is full of flavor. Really delicious and I am glad I gave it a try. Grilled over charcoal for six minutes each side and it was perfectly done.
