I had a couple of boneless pork chops left and made these. I used thyme since that was what I had on hand. I tend to shy away from pork for lack of a successful turnout but these turned out great. Probably because I didn't use a 3 lb hammer :) (for those of you that read a previous post when I made balsamic chicken). This was quick and easy with a great taste.
