Ground Beef Stew Over Garlic Mashed

This is a good "go to" easy, fast and tasty comfort meal:) I doubled the recipe so I could take some to my parents..I like to give Mom a break from cooking when I can:) I used ground turkey and couldn't find any jarred gravy at our local grocery store, so I used 2 packages of gravy mix. I usually like to make homemade gravy, but decided to be a bit lazy today!

Michelle, Yeah, packaged gravy is good in a pinch..although, home made is so much better! I think so anyway:) Is the jarred gravy good? I can't remember..it's been a long time since I've used the stuff!
