Hamburger/hotdog buns

    Nuthin' greater than a burger or barker bun fresh from the oven.

    Hamburger Buns

    Recipe says it will make 16 buns, that is probably just right. I made 12 buns and they turned out like a hoagie roll, a little large for the job.
    Remembering back a year ago when I used this recipe to make hamburger buns, they turned out ample at 16 buns.

    Recipe worked both times without a spot of trouble. Good flavor too. Make the recipe exactly as written. The buns take between 15 to 20 minutes to bake.

    Hotdog buns were not all perfectly shaped, it's my first time. Roll them out in snake fashion and flatten a little. Length and width will increase upon second rising.

    Looks interesting, pso. I miss Chefjeb. I wish he was still posting. He left around the time major ::stuff:: was happening around here. He helped me out with some alligator I had that I didn't know what the heck to do with.
