  It's a good make ahead mix. I don't have the storage capacity for the full recipe. Cut it down by 4 times to make one recipe. Made 6 eight inch cakes.
  Light and fluffy but not too fluffy. It has a goodly amount of rise.
  Made it with homemade blueberry syrup. Yum, yum.
