    Hannukah Beef Tenderloin By: Dugger
I made this a couple weeks ago with potato latkes for a Chanukah dinner and it was just wonderful! I used 1 pound of beef tenderloin but used 1/3 of the other ingredients instead of 1/6 which I think worked out perfectly. It is so simple to put together and the flavor is great! It was succulent even though I cooked it over the intended medium. It was equally as delicious the following day as leftovers. I highly recommend this and even think the cooking liquid would suit cheaper cuts of meat if cooked in a crock pot. May have to experiment with that some time...

Love a good cut of beef! Wow, how simple is this?! I am so sick of turkey and ham right now (we have 4 family xmas's a year) that this looks SO good right now!!

Four family Christmases - you poor thing!!
That looks so easy. What did you end up doing about the green onions? Use five?

That's why we vetoed the traditional Christmas dinner this year and went for a brunch instead. But we did go to our friends' for dinner last night and they had turkey and it was good!

I used about 3 green onions, sliced.
