How to make it

  • 1. Stir together sherry, soy sauce, and green onions.
  • 2. Rub tenderloin with olive oil, place on a wire roasting rack in a roasting pan.
  • 3. Pour sherry mixture into the roasting pan.
  • 4. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Check doneness using a meat thermometer and bake to desired level.
  • 5. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.

    Hay Dugger. where are the Matzo balls? Seriously, the next time I run across a really nice cut of Tenderloin (hay, it could happen) this is the way. I like the sherry mixture. Now that's a 5.

    for the holidays i always roast a chicken but wow this sounds so much better and i can always put the chicken in the soup.I cant wait to try it thanks for the idea...

    Well you get a prize, first comment. Yeah it is very good and my daughter was really happy I was going to fix it. We will do the roasted garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans with mushrooms. Hmmm... I'm getting hungry. LOL.
