Hardees Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

    These biscuits can be made sweet or savory by adding a powdered sugar icing or a gravy, respectively.
    Nice rise, an inch and counting. Used a 3" cutter and made 16 biscuits.
    Used powdered buttermilk and cut back on the liquid by a half cup so the dough wouldn't be so sticky. Just my preference. You can add the whole two cups if you like.
    Baked for 15 minutes then 3 additional minutes with the convection oven fan on for browning.
    Asked mother how she liked them, as she ate them without either icing or gravy. All she did was belch.
