    Pork Tenderloin With Wild Blueberry Apple Compote

    This was elegant and delicious, but very easy!

    (I know most of you, now, just leave a blurb on the recipe and post a link to a fuller review, here, but I have a few people who look at the recipes I've tried, and they appreciate the complete reviews right there, so, I'm just gonna do it both ways.... still add the link to these threads, but leave a full review on the recipe, too. Hopefully, that will be a fair compromise! :)

    I served it with a new orzotto recipe, which I will post, soon! :)

    We love fruit and meat/ fruit and sweet together so this would be perfect for us! I too Keni sometimes feel a little sorry for leaving so little on the actual recipe review so I might start just repeating myself a little, to make myself feel better :)
