Herb Crusted Shrimp

    I loved the amount of herbs in this. Wasn't sure if Pat wanted us to use fresh or dried, but I had all the fresh in my garden so that's what I used. The amount of coating is pretty close, I only had a little left over. My only problem is that the coating did not want to stick to the shrimp at all. I got as much as I could by pressing the the shrimp pretty hard and then pressing some more on it after I had laid it on the baking sheet. Good flavor and once again, the fresh herbs were great in this :)
