Hibach-style Fried Rice

    I love rice. This recipe is no exception. Good flavor and it had enough natural seasoning to suit me.
    Didn't want to take the time to defrost the extra protein so I dropped a couple more eggs in the recipe. Thought I had mirin but was mistaken. Used sherry cooking wine for a sub. It probably took away a little from the original flavor.
    Used onions from the garden.

    That looks delicious, Points! I love rice, but switched to using brown rice exclusively a few years ago. I'm not sure it would work in this recipe, as it didn't in my favorite rice pudding :(
