There are actually quite a few of these cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped hot dog recipes here. I don't know why I picked this one to post. There's a bunch.
Anyway - these were a lot of fun! haha I really loved making these and I ended up eating the two I made! My Gruyere seemed to melt away. It just disappeared! I think it melted under the bacon. I would use more next time or maybe a different cheese. Cheddar may hold its shape more when melted.
Loved these. I will make them again.

Thanks, Marie. I used chicken franks and you could use turkey bacon, too. :)
Yes, ml2c, my uncle was cooking hot dogs for our family one time and got upset that he burned some of them. But, those got eaten up first. :)
