    Yes, thats a great idea because then you can make the ricotta a little dryer than the store bought kind! This way the lasagna won't be too watery...which is the problem I usually have! Thats why I like to make my lasagna the day before I'm going to serve it. That gives it time to soak up the liquid. Pleclare's stove top lasagna would be great with fresh mozz and fresh ricotta! I'll go get the link!
