I posted this last night and the thread keeps disappearing so I am putting it here again. I changed my avatar last night as well and that keeps coming and going. Frustrating.

Finally got to this :) It's delicious! I was out of soy sauce but I had tamari which is a gluten free soy sauce. Added some asparagus just cause :) Added my picture along with one of a completely different recipe by accident, whoops!
