Recipe by Marky90: Honey Soy Glazed Chicken Drumsticks/saved
    Very tasty cluckers!
Doubled the recipe and deboned one dozen just because it's a new technique to me and I caught a nice sale over labor day weekend.
Makes it a lot less finger messy without the bone.
Both style drumsticks came done in 3 bastings and 1/2hr measured @ 175F.
Left the skin on. Suppose I could have removed the skin easy enough.
Baking sheet was quite full on a single layer and all the pieces were done.
Going to try to do something with the dripping/glaze.
    Can you say GRAVY?

    It's an on-line video.
Holding the fat end, cut all the way around the bone next to the handle where you would normally hold it, severing the skin and tendons. Then, holding the meaty end with the small end facing away, cut diagonally across the bone all the way through where the leg would normally face the chicken. There is a muscle separation to follow. Grasp the small end and pull down the meat separating it from the bone with the other hand. Then slice around the end of the bone and cartilage on the big end. There is very little meat left on the bone.
The guy in the video demonstrates the technique in less than 30 seconds.
You can see in my pic a normal drumstick and one with the bone removed.

Had 2 1/2c drippings. Made a weak gravy and added 4 chopped up drumstick meat. Poured it over egg noodles.
