Recipe by Zhiann: Honey Sweet Granola
This is my first granola so I'm unsure I can grade it well. It tastes good but I fear my nuts are a little old. I ground them up so the granola could be more breakfast cereal like. I'll have a bowl in the morning but taste tests tonight make it an all right flavor even if there is just an off taste because of my old nuts. It's all loose and flaky. Has a nice honey flavor. Used peanuts and sunflower seeds and bee honey.

I have never tried to make granola. Did it come out like the recipe photo?

Old nuts. I've met a few of those. Not around here, of course. ;-P

Came out just like the pic except that the nuts were ground. Ice cream came out like the pic. Jeb doesn't like me posting pics to his recipes, so no pic of the biscuits.
Had a cup of the granola in milk this morning. It satisfies the hunger.
