    Really delicious! The horseradish goes great with the pork. Full review on recipe along with my picture. The horseradish crust portion makes tons!! I think you could easily quarter the recipe for four chops.

I'm thinking more of the oil and herbs will adhere to the baggie than will the meat. I'm thinking rubbed in and a couple of hours at rest on the counter top, covered, should suffice.
    This appears to be a minimalist approach to making chops.

    I actually didn't marinate the pork overnight because I forgot! They ended up only marinating a few hours. I made sure I got as much as possible out of the bag and onto the meat because I wanted the garlic on it. I don't think they need to marinate overnight.
