Remove chops to shallow baking dish; top each chop with 1-2 TB Horseradish Crust and place in oven for 6-8 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 6 TB prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use; refrigerate any leftovers.

Well, I made these last night using dry herbs and thin cut boneless pork loin fillets (8 of them). I marinated for about 5 hours as they are very thin. I cut the horseradish crust ingredients down to 1/4 of the amount and it was just right. Only thing is, I started out with the oven on bake but they didn't seem to be browning & I didn't want them to overcook so I converted to broil and that worked fine. These were very delicious! Thanks for the recipe.

This was really delicious. Just the right amount of horseradish. My pork chops took about 12 minutes in the oven to get to the brown I wanted. I cut the horseradish crust recipe in half and I still have a lot left over! I guess I'll try it on some potatoes or something. A really good recipe! I added my picture.
