Hot Cauliflower With Shrimp By: Clbacon
A tasty and unique recipe. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but was quite pleased. I cut the recipe in half, and broke the cauliflower into large florets which I steamed. I subbed the onion for one shallot diced and did use the whole amount of dill. I didn't need to add the cream as the sauce was a great consistency already. I also kept all of the shrimp whole and since I started out with raw I put them in a pot of boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, then drained them and rinsed with cold water. Finally, to serve I put down several cauliflower florets, topped them with shrimp and spooned the sauce over top garnishing with more dill.

Looks kinda like scalloped cauliflower. That looks so tasty! It sure would be rich if you had that cream in it!
