I hate squash

Just about in every form. Brown sugar and all, but I didn't hate Pointsevenout's Stuffed Acorn Squash. In fact, I really liked it. This recipe definitely helped me expand my comfort zone when it comes to certain flavors. I would make a couple of minor changes to do it again (onions, celery, perhaps garlic) but otherwise it's a really nice easy to make recipe that looks purdy on a plate. I recommend it :) Full review on recipe page.

Looks great, Scooby! I'm glad you're trying new things...and glad you're sharing them, here... lots of good folks in this lil group!!

I could see some extra onions and celery in this, for sure! I'd make my own stuffing, as well, and there would be plenty in that. :)

    Nice pic!

Frankieanne, my HS speech teacher always told me that you have to grab them with your opening line :)
Keni, I keep a little stove top on hand just for quick meal sides, but 9 out of 10 times, my go-to stuffing recipe is one that came out of my Betty Crocker cookbook my Mom gave me as a wedding present: http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/62323856/betty-crocker-bread-stuffing/detail.aspx
