  Tastes like a brownie. It is a cake-like brownie as opposed to a fudge-like brownie. It will tame your chocolate urges.
  Had to let it bake for 45 minutes until the knife came out clean.
  Batter was very light and airy like frosting and it puffed quite a bit but fell when it became done. At 35 minutes it was still jiggly and puffed up and smeared the knife. At 40 minutes it was no longer jiggly and still puffed up but the knife came out with a lot of crumbs. Clean knife at 45 minutes and a fallen center.
  It is a little crumbly and the perimeter edge has a crunch to it.
  Used pecans swirled around in a food processor. It is quite a bit of nuts.
