    Who can argue with fingerling potatoes and all that butter? :-) I only had half of a bag of fingerlings and I didn't really measure the seasoning. Just eyeballed it. Served them with a little ribeye steak.

    Those sound super easy and just the right side for your steak dinner. They're very similar to the recipe I made to go with our prime rib, so I know how good all that butter and the spices tasted with the meat - yum!

    I don't have a microwave, so made just enough potatoes for one meal. Every time I think I should get a microwave, I balk at spending the money, and goodness knows I have no room for one!
