How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and place in stovetop pot
  • Cover with water, bring to boil
  • Boil gently 12-17 minutes, until fork tender
  • Drain potatoes in colander and return to pot
  • Add butter and seasonings
  • Stir til butter is melted and seasonigs are well distributed
  • Serve warm
  • ** I have also done this with these variations: (I keep the butter each time)
  • lemon/pepper/garlic/parsley
  • lemon/pepper/worcestershire/garlic
  • bbq rub
  • Endless possibilities!

    Delicious! I thought all the seasoning would be too much but it wasn't. I used Italian, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper. I didn't use the parmesan. Served them up with a steak. A tad more in IMI 1/3/16
