  For a quick throw together lunch this was great! Mine does not look as creamy as the recipe submitters, not sure why. I only used buttons but definitely will make again with some portabello or baby bella mushrooms. Great flavor!
  Feel free to pass this one up, you non mushroom lovers...eehh em...you know who you are :)
