Just made this salad yesterday for dinner and it was awesome! My picture joined the others. I was a little surprised there was no cumin present, or some sort of Lebanese spices, you know, because it came from Jim's family. Hi Julia... I am so glad you liked the chicken salad. Thanks for trying it. The photo is wonderful!!! I love it. I am not sure why it doesn't have any spices. I made the recipe straight off my aunts old recipe card. I guess its the lemon and Lebanese olives that give it that Middle Eastern flair.... ;-)~ Thanks again for reviewing it.... Jim
