Jimrug1's Cinnamon Garlic Chicken

    I made Jim's Cinnamon Garlic Chicken this weekend and it turned out great! I used all thighs because I like thighs - and I let my chicken thighs sit in the fridge under the influence of the dry rub for a full 4 hours.

    The chicken turns out so delicious, moist, succulent and loaded with flavor. The veggies are not only flavored with the perfect rub combo...but the chicken juices drip down into them. Lord have mercy...it's fantastic! Plus, folks - it's so darn easy to make....does it get better than that?
