Made this Moms Macaroni And Cheese last night and my husband could not stop raving about how it was the best mac & cheese he has ever had! I do believe the paprika and dry mustard really added to the flavor of this dish..rich, creamy, cheesy deliciousness! He is a real Velveeta fan, and I'm afraid I haven't really used it...so, thank you Jim for a great recipe! Comfort food all the way :)

You learn something new every day...I didn't know they made mexican velveeta! I think I'm on to something here :D Like I said, I'm not used to using velveeta, so I think I'll check out the velveeta group for some recipes...I would like to try some sort of a dip for corn chips/tortilla chips...any suggestions??
