Moms Macaroni And Cheese

- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni. shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 cups cubed processed american cheese or "Cheese Wiz" in a jar. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 TBSP. worchestershire sauce. shopping list
- 1 TBSP. paprika (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and Set aside.
- Heat evaporated milk over medium/high heat, stiring until small bubbles appear on the surface.
- Add the cheese to the milk and continue sitring until melted through.
- Stir in the dry mustard, salt, and worchestershire sauce to to the melted cheese mixture.
- Grease a cassarole dish, and add the macaroni to the dish.
- Combine the cheese mixture to the macaroni.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
- Optional - sprinkle paprika over top of macaroni before baking.
