    Banana Granola Swirl Bread

    Well after the big disaster (that was my fault) I made it right today ;)
    The bread turned out great! I just made it and I am trying to resist to eat more than the 2 slices I just had ;) That is always a good sign!
    I used lime instead of lemon. Added the juice of half a lime and 2 tbsp of milk to the cream cheese. It didn't quite managed a swirl, but honestly that doesn't matter, because the flavor is phenomenal. Great job girl!

    I always appreciate the feedback ... I wasn't disappointed in this one ... I took it to my staff and they devoured it, and I even had a couple slices.... I just wasn't sure about the cream cheese swirl... like I said, the "line" was plenty tasty, but it wasn't as pretty as it could have been. hehehe
