Keni's Swedish Meatball's

    Another wonderful recipe from Keni:) Swedish Meatballs Ci
    This was absolutely delicious! I love the addition of Dijon & nutmeg, especially in the sauce:) I 1/2 the meatball ingredients (I used 1 lb ground turkey) and left the sauce ingredient amounts the same, worked out perfect for us:) I also used fresh breadcrumbs made with a couple of slices of white bread I pulsed in my Bullet blender..Served over egg noodles for lunch and we have plenty leftover to reheat for dinner:)

    Aww, thanks Michelle, it was during the day and I had natural light for the pic..I think that's Frankieanne's trick to beautiful pictures:)

    Yeah, you gotta have the natural light, it seems. I usually do my IMI cooking on the weekends. In the winter, I cook my dinner in the morning, take a bite (well, maybe more :-D) for my review and then heat up the leftovers later for dinner. :-)
