  This was FANTASTIC!!! I found some kohlrabi for super cheap at the market. Came upon this recipe and SO glad I did! This is packed with flavor and the kohlrabi was delicious!! Go easy on the salt because the of the parmesan. I loved how you even use the leaves so you don't feel wasteful.

  That looks great. I wish I had stumbled on that when I had to figure out kohlrabi a month or so ago. I'll remember it for next time. I really got into kohlrabi once I figured out how versatile it is.
