    Made
Korean Bulgoki With Beef Short Ribs
last night. It was quite yummy. Most Bulgogi recipes are quite similar and I've made some in the past. This one was handy since I can bookmark it and find it again easily next time. :)
Flavours were good. The person didn't put the measurement amounts on the soya sauce or the brown sugar (they said 'to taste') but I would have preferred at least a guideline. I ended up going 1/2 cup soya sauce and a heaping tbsp. of brown sugar and it seemed to be about right. I didn't bother with the sesame seeds.
The ribs grilled up quickly, about 6 min. per side and were juicy and flavourful. Served them with a side of sugar snap peas. Very summery!
    I'll make this again.

Those look so tasty, Janet! Good call on the soy sauce and brown sugar. I wouldn't have had any idea what to do.

Looking at this recipe again the ingredients look like they would work with chicken, too!

I agree, the ingredients should have the amounts of soy sauce and brown sugar. I really think the only thing that should ever say "to taste" is salt and pepper. Otherwise, this does look delicious, bookmarked!!
