    It's a good flavored Au Gratin but I would make it a little differently.
    It is a little soupier than potato dishes I have made in the past. But some might like it that way.
    I would sweat the onion if I made it again as we don't like raw onion flavor. But some might like it that way.
    Used a home made "cream of" soup recipe and melted in a handful of 50/50 mix cheddar/cheese spread.
    Lacking in salt but I know where the salt shaker is kept.
    The par boiling of the potatoes is one sure way to make sure there is no raw potato taste and the recipe is done (except for the onion).
