I have never had langostino before so when I saw a bag at Trader Joe's I snatched it up! Supposedly its a cross between a crawfish and a lobster. Really good stuff! I served these on a French bread roll and added a few slices of tomatoes to the sandwiches. Can't wait to try langostino in other recipes!

Hehe, I've been to 5 crawfish boils this season which is record breaking I think. The season is short, March to May. You have got to try some, it's fantastic!!
