I'm still trying to figure out how much I liked this. I'm so used to a ketchup based cocktail sauce rather than a mayo based. It tasted great but I did miss my ketchup! Served it with some sauteed shrimp. Not the greatest picture....

I like mayo, but I think I would have also missed the ketchup base.. Horseradish and mayo.......That does sound good, tho. Almost like a wasabi mayo, and I really like that

Oh thanks Mr P!! Leg is great now! All healed up! I noticed the handwritten recipe on the avatar doesn't match up to the actual recipe....hhmmm...wonder if it's just to show a different sauce recipe?

The handwritten recipe avatar is very cool. The recipe does match up to the handwritten one. The handwritten one contains four different recipes, one of which is the Lemon Cocktail sauce.
