Recipe by Elgourmand2: Lemon Red Snapper With Herbed Butter/saved
Snapped this recipe up pretty quick (no pun intended) because it looked easy enough and soft enough for mother to eat.
A delicious fish (swordfish). Quick and simple thick square cut steaks albiet very pricey. Nine dollars per steak, which weighs out 6 to 8oz each. Had to bake for 16 minutes and could have gone some more but they were done.
    Steamed the veggies.
I'm glad mother liked it 'cause she isn't eating much solid food these days. Finished all the plate except for the final bite of fish.
    Used dried herbs.
Only used one lemon. Zested it for the herbed butter and sliced it up for baking the fish. No waste here.

Ohhhh, that looks sooo good!! I missed taking a look at that one so I am glad you jumped on this. Swordfish is delicious. I've only had it once (due to the price) but I loved it! I love snapper, too.
I'm glad your mother liked it, pso.
