Liusascatering Pork Chops with Caramilized Apples and Shallots

I made these for dinner last night, and let me tell you - they were delicious! So easy to prepare and the flavor was just knock-out good. I had Calvados so I used that for the apples and shallots, and if you can get some of that, by all means use it - soooo good!!
