Very Good! I used this to make Ahseats "Garlic Cheddar Biscuits" and it worked great! Check out my pic! Yay! Low fat biscuits that taste like the ones from Red Lobster!

I like that it can be stored long term without worry of any butter or shortening going bad. Not that it would be stored long term anyhow.
