Well, that's a very nice thing to say, Laurie, but undeserved, I think! Mr. Out makes ME nervous, too! ;)

I do try to pick recipes that look "right" and that I am pretty sure we'll like.... we're pretty adventurous, so it's not so much about things we're used to, like same ol' same ol', but if i see one that, to me,is obviously not going to go over well, like too much processed stuff, or with certain ingredients we have tried, and just can't like...I won't make a recipe... so, I've never given a bad review, here...so, don't be nervous of lil ol' me!

I am always honest, always list my changes, and try to keep them minor, and don't rate a recipe lower for MY changes. :)

This fish of yours was just too easy... that's a great "last minute, what to have for dinner" thing....and, it would work for any white fish, just as the Parmesan does.... I did forget to say that I served it with lemon wedges, but that's cus we really miss the acid element if it's not there....but, I didn't add it to the recipe, anywhere, just at serving.

I served it with lemon wedges too. I think it would even go good with a little tarter sauce.
thanks keni I made the recipe originally because my youngest ( we like to call her chicken nugget girl) saw the tilapia in the fish display and wanted to try it. We are talking a PICKY eater so I was thrilled that she was willing to try something other than chicken or pasta. she loves the Bisquick chicken so I adjusted the seasonings to fit fish instead of chicken and it was a great success.
